I'm Baaaackkkk!!!!

Hopefully I can get back to my regular blogging mode hehe. How long has it been...7 months? I hope the 3 people reading this blog is still around and well :p

So how did the universe do in my absence? One thing that surprised me, though, is I opened Byte Me months later and I have a PR 2 ranking! Geeeezzzzssshhh. Beforeback I update this daily and I stayed at 0. I leave it to rot and I get PR 2???? Yeah, pretty accurate algorithm Google...

Stuff that made my last seven months interesting:
  • Went back to Boracay in September. I have to say the island is more likeable during off-peak when posers are off partying somewhere warmer. I found a new endearment for the place.
  • Went back to Baguio in January. Boy it was cold. freezing cold! My fingers were numb and moving even a inch can be a pain. Adding to my misery we stayed at this inn with no heater!!! Waaaahhhhh!!!
  • Team Manila was favorite to win Amazing Race Asia 2 but in the end they proved...lacking :( But I still love them :p
  • John Stewart hosting the Oscars again was a blast.
  • Shihab Rattansi left CNN moving on to Al Jazeera English :( My weekend news watching will never be the same.
  • It's summer again and I'm off to my annual getaway in a week :D
  • I'm off to Bangkok the week after. Not for pleasure but pure work. I don't have shopping money :(
  • There's a buzz that U2 might be dropping by during their next tour. Weeeeeee!!!!
Life remains an uncertainty and my manic depressive alter ego persists. But today is a sunny day :) Who knows what this day brings. Ciao!

I think how you earned PR 2 in your blog site is due to reciprocal links to other google products/services.

It seems that the media is yet to note that Shihab Rattansi has opted to be the face for Aljazeera's news programmes from Washington.

Referring to some recent departures, a AJ spokeswoman has pointed out: "The channel is still opening new offices across the world and still recruiting new staff." The M.D. Nigel Parsons, she said, believes it was "unrealistic to think that some people would not leave at the end of their two-year contracts".

Yup, I heard Shihab has transferred to AJ. But I don't get AJ from where I live so it's a real bummer...
